🛠️ What You’ll Do
Write, test, and maintain clean, modular code (JavaScript, PHP, Python, etc.)

Assist with backend and frontend development (API integration, UI tweaks, CMS plugins)

Monitor and fix bugs, ensuring smooth site performance

Help implement new features under guidance from senior developers

Perform basic site diagnostics, speed optimization, and security checks

Learn best practices for version control (Git), documentation, and deployment

✅ Who You Are
In your first 1–2 years of programming experience (e.g., degree, bootcamp, self-taught)

Familiar with at least one mainstream language (JavaScript, PHP, Python, Ruby, etc.)

Comfortable with HTML, CSS, and basic web development tools

Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn

Clear communicator and collaborative team player
